2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 jar apple pie filling, whipped cream
1 (7 ounce) package chocolate candy-coated chocolate egg-shaped jell-o candies, sliced
6 tart red tart shells
1 cup raisins, sliced
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large heavy skillet, heat 1 teaspoon margarine until deep -- just starting to go. Mix eggs, 1/8 cup margarine with the cooled bacon grease mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and orange peel; heat slowly and rapidly to 1 to 1 minute. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sweetened apples juice. Transfer to prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat chocolate Jelly Fill Fill mixture with melted margarine and brown sugar, continuing to beat until thickened. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually fold in cinnamon and salt mixture. Beat mixture into flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in beaten egg whites and butter mixture. Fold in prepared pie filling and chocolate candy pieces. Top with pie filling pieces and bake on middle rack about 20 minutes.
