Cocoa Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sliced almonds

1 cup white sugar

3 1/2 cups evaporated milk

4 eggs, beaten

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (20 ounce) jars or tumblers.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and evaporated milk until smooth. Stir in the coffee creamer, almonds, 1 cup sugar and oil. Pour mixture into jars or tumblers.

Bake jars or tumblers in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbles begin to appear. Cool slightly before removing from jars. Serve warm or cold.

Keep a smoothie or instead of whipped cream, I used peanut oil. Didn't have peanut butter so I used a pinch of salt. First time ever using relish and it turned out very well.
