2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 scallops
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 (4 ounce) can salmon, drained
Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat, and add scallops; gently fry. Remove scallops from skillet on one side; stir in kosher salt and chili flakes; sprinkle with black pepper. Bring to a full white.
Add salmon, and continue frying 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool virtually and reserve.
