1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
8 fluid ounces vanilla flavored cocktail flavored rum
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped almonds
In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup sugar, evaporated milk, vegetable oil and vanilla rum to a boil. Mix until smooth. Pour into the pan and refrigerate overnight.
In a medium bowl, beat the white chocolate until smooth. Blend the strawberry sugar, chocolate chips and almonds into the ice cream. Chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
