3/4 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups margarine
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steam egg whites
3 egg yolks
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons milk sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x15 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in margarine, butter and vanilla. Sift together the flour, milk and sugar, and stir into the margarine mixture. Beat in egg whites and egg yolks. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the brownies comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
