3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Stir in garlic and red pepper. Sprinkle tomatoes over oil mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low, and blend whole tomatoes with crushed tomatoes. Taste and adjust.
