1 (11 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
4 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup golden raisins, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a large mixing bowl, put together the pudding mix and butter. Beat in egg, strawberries, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Sprinkle the strawberries with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix well and spread mixture in a 9x13 inch dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pudding comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream or whipped cream frosting.
