1 (8 ounce) package MIRACLE WHIP Whipped Topping
1 (8 ounce) package LAND O LAKES Milk Chocolates
1 cup powdered amaretto liqueur
1 cup white sugar syrup
1 (12 ounce) package LAND O LAND O LAKES Milk Chocolates
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 lemon, juiced
Zesty lemon zest
Heat 1 cup whipped topping until foamy. Set aside.
Melt chocolate in mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in powdered amaretto, sugar, 1 cup sugar and lemon zest. Beat until well blended. Spread mixture into 9-inch square foil-lined pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cool to room temperature. Gently cool to room temperature. Melt remaining chocolate, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Spread over pear layer. Top with whipped topping and frost with powdered amaretto. Refrigerate remaining whipped cream. Serve immediately.
