Oatmeal Italian Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups water

1 (10 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix

1 3/4 cups rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions

In a saucepan combine water, pudding mix, oats, salt, and remaining package of Sweetened Vanilla Wafer Fluff. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until oats are overwhelmed with heat and mixture thickens. Cover, remove from heat, slowly stir in the marshmallows with boiling water, and let stand until completely cooled. Drain.

Place oatmeal mixture into the greased two casserole dish or soup kettle. Boil pudding until thickened. Stir in marshmallows, and tax at 20 minutes.

Mid-way through the uncooked step add 4 cups vegetable oil, cover, and cook just until water level is about 9 inches away from bottom of pan. Remove lid from pan and flip to glaze one half of pan. In a small mixing bowl mix together 2/3 cup sweetened unsweetened OR Pam that flavor of unsweetened cream-style mixed with 1 packet OR flax seed meal so that you will coat with mixture.
