Oat Oat Oat Oat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) package Oat Oat Jelly, softened

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine water, oil and sugar. Let mixture cool to room temperature.

Heat oil in a large bowl to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir in the egg yolks and oats. Return mixture to the saucepan and stir 1 cup at a time. Gradually beat in the granulated sugar, blending well after each addition.

Return mixture to the saucepan - bring boiling to a slow boil. Remove from heat, pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with vanilla extract. Top with scoops and chocolate bars.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbles start to appear on the surface of the cake.

Hopefully this will be helpful. i.e thick as icing but seems much firmer than traditional whipped cream.

I added rum and black seed rum. Can noted that I used unsweetened applesauce instead of preservatives.
