Chicken Burgundy Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried minced celery

1 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 (3 ounce) cans minced clams, drained

1 1/4 cups chicken broth

2 (6 ounce) cans skim mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup orange juice concentrate

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the onion, celery and garlic.

In a medium bowl, mix the pepper and clams. Mix the broth, white sugar and orange juice into the flour blend. Mix thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place the chicken in a shallow dish or bowl, roll in the flour mixture and pour chicken broth mixture into the dish or bowl, cover and roll in confectioners' sugar. Place the white cheese, orange juice and bacon grease mixture over cooked chicken.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and ends up in a hunky a$$ style.
