3 pounds chicken drumettes
2 1/2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Place drumettes in a shallow glass dish or baking dish soup-style, in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Cover dish and microwave on HIGH or LOW power for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove drumettes from dish and stir in water. Stir in cinnamon and onion.
Place the egg, butter, flour, baking powder and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl. Add drumettes and toss gently. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes.
