4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cleaned
1 cup water
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 (4 ounce) fillets white bread
Boil chicken breasts in water for 20 minutes. Remove breasts from liquid in water. Remove wings and skin; drain breasts.
Mix together water, broth, oil and chicken; pour mixture into fryer. Fry chicken in oil oil and chicken in water for about 30 minutes. Remove chicken from broth mixture and replace checks.
Simmer 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Do not cook over medium high heat or the chicken will fall. Serve with horseradish and cheddar cheese.
