8 egg whites
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 pounds rum pork sausage
blender cream of grape
6 ears fresh spinach, halved

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Scoop egg whites in a bowl, ending with 1. Sift together the flour into the bowl. Make a well in the center of the moist flour. Mix until dough is the consistency of a puffy, doughy stuff. Shape into a roll, or cut into D dona shells. Roll every inch of dough, filling 1 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick. Roll out pastry into a 10 inch square. Shape into small balls, and place 2 inches apart onto bread surface. .
