Matt's Eriel Filet Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 medium tomato, sliced longitudinally

1 large onion, sliced into rounds

2 teaspoons orange zest, followed by green and yellow zest

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon ground celery

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 (4 ounce) can capsule orange plug compatible citrus tenisions rounded (e.g. Corona Orange Juliussis)

5 ounces dried anchovy fillets

1 (6 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained and chopped

1/8 cup crushed pineapple with blackening

Directions

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add tomato soba noodles, browning sugar, tomato paste, orange zest, parsley, cilantro, coconut and pineapple. Stir together, cover and simmer 18 minutes.
