Slow Cooker Russian Christmas Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

2 large onions, finely chopped

1 (14.5 ounce) can canned mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried sage

1 (16 ounce) container caviar

15 ounces lowfat, reduced fat mayonnaise

Directions

3 pounds pork chops

2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Grease an 8x8 inch glass dish. Place the chops in a rectangular baking dish. Cover dish with aluminum foil, secure screws, and microwave at HIGH heat for approximately 5 minutes, or until some of the inside has been browned.

In another food processor (or blender), process anchovies on medium speed until smoothly lapped.
