1 (8 ounce) can Irish cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon brandy
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine Irish cream, brown sugar, lemon juice, brandy and vinegar. Pour over steaks while they are still very cold.
