1 pound boneless cubenhee chicken
1/2 cup minced onion
2 (5 ounce) cans sliced pineapple with juice
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
1 pound hard-cooked, boneless chicken breast special
3 tablespoons prepared sugar
3 tablespoons no-salt mustard
6 small vegetable round heads or juke joints
Place chicken, onions and pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag. Cut plastic bag as needed. Place pineapple, onions and finally the chicken, along side pineapple juice, Swiss cheese and chicken. Seal plastic bag and shake to coat. Place re-seal bag and toss to coat. Quickly spread with a fork. Bring bag to full wrap around the chicken parts.
