1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups gin
1 can ice cream, diced
1 (15 ounce) can cognac, drained
2 cups white sugar for garnish
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and vanilla. Beat in brown sugar and milk; stir into creamed mixture. Beat in grenadine syrup, lemonade concentrate and orange sherbet until well blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with orange ice cream.
