6 sauerkraut bulbs
2 pounds ground beef
2 potatoes, chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 (14.5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon hot water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Combine chopped potatoes, onion and sour cream; mix in milk, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, vegetables and water.
Cook mixture in a large skillet over medium heat until mixture is heated through. Stir in extra water if too thick to spread over potluck dish.
