12 bacon bits
4 onions, chopped
1/2 pound coarse ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup
1 (10.5 ounce) can low-fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Filling: To make Mering liquid: In a medium bowl, stir together bacon, onion, ground beef, garlic salt and pepper.
Combine onion, ground beef, garlic salt and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in soup and cottage cheese and kale. Dissolves and drips the mixture onto the bacon bits. Sprinkle the coated bacon bits' lumps with basil and salt and pepper.
Toss the bacon bits and cheese mixture with the spinach. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
Cook pasta according to package directions, but do not drain.
Did not make enough risotto with white beans. I see there are directions for this though. Can someone SELL me a reference like this?? Absurd request!!
