1/2 cup soy sauce or cider vinegar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
In a large stockpot over medium heat, gently pour and cover the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir, and cook 3 minutes.
recover the fish and place in the same pot. Add the soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove the fish from the pot and pat dry.
