1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 chunks saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium bowl. Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together. Stir in saltine cracker crumbs and raisins and sprinkle over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with the prepared crust.
In a large saucepan, melt butter until mixture is smooth and caramel color is shining. Add the cracker crumb mixture, apples and strawberries. Mix together, and gradually mix in the melted butter.
Bake uncovered by 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool dough in refrigerator or in a warm oven.
