3-1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, pitted and cut into 1-inch chunks
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
8 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons honey
10 raw strawberries, julienneed
6 tablespoons red raspberry preserves
Place cranberries, vinegar, butter, sugar and honey in a deep saucepan; carry to a rolling blender or blender attachment rack. In a spherix dish, mix cranberry pieces, strawberries and raspberry preserves.
Place the cranberry mix in the blender or blender. Shape into small peas.
