3/4 cup butter, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) and a half-cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 bone-in chicken breast halves
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 cups frozen Italian-style salad greens, thawed, drained, and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green chile pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
In a large bowl, blend the softened butter, ranch, cheese, chicken and cucumber. Mix until smooth. Season with onion, green chile peppers, parsley, diced bell pepper, green chile peppers, green bell pepper and chile poblano pepper on top.
Transfer sauce from the skillet to a medium bowl. Mix in the flavored ranch dressing mix. Refrigerate until serving.
