1 cup baby oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
5 drops red or green food coloring
salt and pepper to taste
6 tablespoons cornstarch
In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, hot water, water and vinegar. Using a whisk, whisk until mixture is thickened. Salt and pepper to taste, cover and refrigerate until chilled and chunky.
